Job summary

Qualifications

• LPN license is required and must be active.

Responsibilities

• Completes check-out duties and relays instructions and care to the patient or family.
• Performs required Quality Control checklist to ensure patient safety.
• Follows CDC guidelines and infection prevention practices; uses PPE appropriately.
• Assesses patients during clinical check-in and documents vital signs.
• Administers treatments and medications ordered by the provider and responds to emergencies.
