Qualifications

• LPN license is required.

• Experience in urgent care preferred.
• Ability to assess patients and vital signs; document findings.

Responsibilities

• Completes check-out duties and relays instructions to patient/family.
• Follows infection prevention practices and PPE usage.
• Performs clinical assessments, administers treatments and medications as ordered.
• Trains newly hired clinical staff and participates in performance improvement initiatives.
• Performs COVID testing and supports patient experience initiatives.
