Qualifications

All Shifts: 7a-3p, 3p-11p and 11p-7a (with weekend days)

Part Time / Weekends Only

** with Sign-on bonus $6200 (for Full Time only)

** with Sign-on bonus $3100 (for Part Time Weekends only)

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as ordered

• Monitor, record, and report changes in resident condition

• Document assessments and care provided in the electronic medical record

• Assist residents with daily needs as appropriate

• Communicate effectively with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members

• Maintain infection control, safety, and confidentiality standards

• Support the nursing team to ensure consistent, high‑quality care delivery
