Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing care on your shift to promote residents' rights, dignity and safety.
• Supervise CNAs and subordinate staff, ensuring tasks are completed correctly.
• Supervise direct care of residents and nursing personnel on your shift.
• Provide shift reports and communicate resident changes to physicians and families.
• Perform rounds to ensure safe, clean care environments and proper care delivery.
