- Gives and receives shift reports.
- Rounds the unit to ensure safe, clean care.
- Keeps physicians and families informed about changes in residents’ condition.
- Assists in developing comprehensive care plans.
- Maintains accurate medical records and confidentiality.
- Maintains infection control and safety practices.
