Forest Acres Post Acute in Downtown Columbia, SC, is seeking a Unit Manager (LPN) to lead the nursing unit and mentor staff within a fast-paced skilled nursing setting. You will ensure high-quality resident care and regulatory compliance while coordinating with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds an active LPN license, with prior unit management or long-term care leadership experience.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license in good standing.
• MUST have prior Unit Manager and/or long-term care/skilled nursing leadership experience.
• This is not an entry-level leadership position.

Responsibilities

• Manage the daily clinical operations of your assigned unit.
• Lead, mentor, and support nursing staff.
• Ensure the highest quality of resident care.
• Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Complete and oversee clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, therapy, and interdisciplinary team members.
• Communicate effectively with residents and families.
