The Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN Unit Manager to oversee nursing operations and staff on the unit. The role emphasizes leadership, supervision, and maintaining quality standards for resident care.

Responsibilities include administrative duties, supervision of licensed and non-licensed personnel, and coordination of nursing services with other resident care areas to ensure the continuity of treatment. Flexibility to work varied shifts is required.

Formación

• Must have LPN license for the state of practice.
• 2 years of supervisor experience in hospital, long-term care facility, or similar.
• Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow directions.
• Must maintain regular attendance and be able to adjust to a flexible schedule including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Perform administrative duties such as completing medical forms, reports, evaluations, studies, and charting.
• Day to day supervision of licensed and non-licensed staff, including counseling and disciplinary actions, evaluations, and in-service.
• Maintain an ongoing quality assurance program for the nursing unit.
• Coordinate nursing services with other resident services to ensure continuity of care.
