The Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager to lead the nursing team and oversee daily operations. You will supervise both licensed and non-licensed staff, handle disciplinary actions, evaluations, and staff development while ensuring high-quality patient care on the unit.

Responsibilities include maintaining a continuous quality assurance program, coordinating nursing services with other resident services, and applying applicable laws and guidelines

Qualifications

• Must hold a current LPN license for the state of practice.
• Two years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or related health care setting preferred.
• Completion of post-secondary education and ability to read, write, and follow directions.

Responsabilités

• Perform administrative duties including forms, reports, evaluations, and charting.
• Supervise licensed and non-licensed staff; counsel, discipline, evaluate, and conduct training.
• Maintain ongoing quality assurance for the nursing unit.
