Avantara Redfield is seeking a skilled L.P.N. Unit Manager to lead the unit’s clinical operations and staff.

You will supervise nurses and support staff, ensuring compliance with infection prevention practices and high-quality resident care on your assigned unit. Requirements include an unencumbered South Dakota LPN license, CPR certification, and at least two years of LPN experience; prior unit-management experience is preferred.

Competenze

• Active SD LPN license and CPR certification.
• Minimum 2 years of LPN experience.
• Experience managing a nursing department or unit preferred.
