Job summary

Avantara Mountain View is seeking a dedicated LPN Unit Manager and Staffing Coordinator to lead the unit operations and nursing department scheduling. You will supervise clinical staff, ensure high-quality care, and uphold infection prevention standards in a supportive environment.

Qualifications

• Active, unencumbered South Dakota LPN license.
• Two years of LPN experience; five years preferred for unit leadership.
• CPR certification required.

Responsibilities

• Manage operations of the assigned unit and nursing department schedules.
• Supervise clinical staff, provide guidance and education.
• Maintain infection prevention practices and staffing coverage.
• Develop and maintain a master staffing schedule and coordinate open shifts.
