Job summary

Lionstone Healthcare is seeking a Unit Manager - LPN to lead our nursing team and provide high-quality care to residents in our Ohio facility. The role requires strong leadership, supervision of STNAs, and a commitment to regulatory compliance.

The successful candidate will guide care planning, mentor staff, and collaborate with dietary, social services, and activities teams to deliver comprehensive resident care. An active LPN license and excellent English communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Current, active LPN license in the state.
• Proven ability to lead nursing staff and coordinate care.
• Fluent reading, writing, and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents and supervise STNAs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local standards and regulations.
• Develop and implement individualized care plans with the interdisciplinary team.
• Coordinate admission, transfer, and discharge processes.
• Maintain accurate care records and documentation.
