Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care to residents as an LPN.
• Supervise day-to-day nursing activities of STNAs and other personnel.
• Coordinate with other departments to ensure the highest quality care.
• Chart and document resident information and care plans.
• Administer medications as ordered by the physician and verify resident identity.
