Job summary

ProStat Workforce is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as Unit Manager for an ongoing assignment at a retirement community's skilled nursing center in Lebanon County, PA.

This leadership role requires overseeing resident care, supporting CNAs, and acting as the clinical point person for the building. You'll supervise nursing staff, coordinate admissions and shifts, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide a team on shift.

Responsibilities

• Administer and oversee medications and treatments, and maintain accurate records
• Complete nursing documentation and support care plan updates
• Handle admissions, incidents, and staffing issues as they come up during the shift
• Keep the unit compliant with facility policies and state regulations

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing
• Strong clinical judgment and the ability to lead a team independently
• Reliable transportation
