The Quality Center for Rehabilitation and Healing is seeking an LPN Unit Manager to lead the nursing unit and supervise licensed and non-licensed staff. The role emphasizes quality assurance, coordination with resident services, and independent decision-making in a long-term care setting.

Ideal candidates hold a current LPN license, have supervisory experience in healthcare, and can work flexible hours including evenings, nights, and weekends.

Competenze

• Must have a current LPN license for the state.
• 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility preferred.
• Completion of post-secondary education and be able to read, write, and follow oral and written directions.
• Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance as requires.
• Related experience at a level necessary to accomplish this position.
• Must be able to adjust to a flexible schedule to include evenings, nights and weekend work hours.
