ProStat Workforce is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse to serve as Unit Manager for an ongoing assignment at a retirement community's skilled nursing center in Lebanon County, PA.

This leadership role requires overseeing resident care, supporting CNAs, and acting as the clinical point person for the building. You'll supervise nursing staff, coordinate admissions and shifts, and ensure compliance with state regulations.

Qualifications

• CPR certification required.
• Charge nurse or supervisory experience in long-term care or skilled nursing.
• Proven leadership abilities to guide a team on shift.

Responsabilités

• Supervise CNAs and nursing staff on your shift.
• Oversee resident care and assessments and communicate changes to physicians and families.
• Administer and oversee medications and treatments with accurate records.
• Complete nursing documentation and support care plan updates.
• Handle admissions, incidents, and staffing issues during the shift.
