Job summary

CommQuest Services Inc in Canton, OH is seeking a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for MAT and UDS programs. You will assess patients, administer medications, and implement treatment plans under supervision to support clients with addiction recovery.

You will document care in the EHR, educate patients, and collaborate with physicians and the clinical team to ensure compassionate, effective care. Full-time benefits are included.

Qualifications

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; an Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus.
• LPN license in the State of Ohio without current restrictions.
• Experience with mental health/addictions and related systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans, including detox admission.
• Educate patients on conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
• Document nursing care via EHR under clinical supervision.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and staff to provide quality care.
• Process Urinary Drug Screenings and perform other duties as assigned.

CommQuest seeks a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) and Urinary Drug Screening (UDS) program located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

What you'll do:

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
• Document nursing care via EHR. Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
• Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
• Process Urinary Drug Screenings
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Thursday 11:00 AM - 7:00 PM. Fridays TBD

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is required.
• Previous experience with systems such as Methasoft and Methadone pump required.
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
