Job summary

CommQuest Services is seeking a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our Medication Assisted Treatment program in Canton, Ohio. You will perform assessments, administer medications, and support individualized treatment plans under supervision to help clients overcome addiction.

Responsibilities include educating patients, documenting care in the EHR, and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team. The schedule is Monday–Friday early shift with occasional Saturdays, and benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; ADN a plus.
• Current Ohio LPN license with no license restrictions.
• Experience or knowledge in mental health/addictions.
• Familiarity with Methasoft and Methadone pump systems.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans.
• Educate patients on condition, medications, and plan of care.
• Document nursing care via EHR under supervision.
• Coordinate with physicians, NP, and clinical staff to provide quality care.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

CommQuest seeks a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our Medication Assisted Treatment program located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

What you'll do:

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans including assisting admission to detox unit
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
• Document nursing care via EHR. Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
• Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM with rotational Saturdays. No Sundays or holidays.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is required.
• Previous experience with systems such as Methasoft and Methadone pump required.
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
