CommQuest seeks full-time and part-time LPN Staff Nurses for our 12-bed Detox services located in Massillon, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by our Medical Director to assist clients through withdrawal management.

What you'll do:

• Assess patient condition and implement treatment plans, including assisting admission to detox unit
• Educate patients on condition, medication, and treatment plan
• Document nursing care via EHR. Implement nursing care under clinical supervision of the Director and Medical Doctor.
• Work and communicate effectively with Physician, Nurse Practitioner, Director, clinical staff, etc. to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned

Schedule:

Detox Services: Nightshift: 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM. Must have availability to work weekends and holidays on a rotation basis. PRN (on-call/as needed) also available.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent; Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions.
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is highly desired.
• Must be professional and a team player working together for the benefit of our clients.
