Job summary

Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for PRN shifts in a long-term care setting. The role requires 3 months minimum LTAC experience, ability to travel within 75 miles, and a ND LPN license. The position includes shift variations and a $24–$36/hour wage plus premiums for weekend and evening/night shifts.

Travel to support multiple locations and at least 30 hours per month with one weekend shift monthly is expected. Background screening and drug test apply.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited practical nursing program and licensed as an LPN.
• ND LPN license required or multi-state licensure privileges.
• Minimum 3 months LT care experience; 6 months preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Administer medications or treatments as ordered and document outcomes.
• Communicate with residents, families and care team; maintain confidentiality.

Education

Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as a Licensed Practical Nurse

Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred

Current LPN license in North Dakota
