Job summary

Good Samaritan in Mandan, ND seeks an LPN to provide professional nursing care in long-term care settings. You will work under supervision to ensure residents receive safe, evidence-based care aligned with care plans.

Role requires a current LPN license in North Dakota and 3 months in long-term care (6 months preferred). PRN shifts with travel to multiple locations within 75 miles; minimum 30 hours per month and at least one weekend shift per month.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited practical nursing program as an LPN (required).
• Associate degree in practical nursing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care for residents in long-term care under supervision.
• Assist with medications, treatments and care plans.
• Document resident care and outcomes; communicate with health care team.
