Job summary

Qualifications

• At least one year of experience in a Long Term Care environment is highly preferred.
• Must be a graduate of an approved practical nursing program.
• Must possess and maintain a current state PA license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN).

Responsibilities

• Monitor residents, their responses to treatment care plans.
• Administer medications and monitor intravenous fluids.
• Document nursing care and maintain clinical files.
