Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Harrisburg, PA is seeking an experienced Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join the Transitional Care Rehab Unit. This role offers a $5,000 sign-on bonus and flexible shift options (7a-7p and 7p-7a).

You will provide compassionate patient care in a dynamic rehab environment, with opportunities for daily pay, tuition forgiveness, and a comprehensive benefits package. Active LPN license and rehab experience required.
