Spring Creek Rehabilitation and Nursing Center in Harrisburg, PA is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Transitional Care Rehab Unit. Shifts available: 7a-7p and 7p-7a.

We seek experienced nurses to support short-term and rehab patients and to join a team that values compassionate care. We offer a $5000 sign-on bonus, daily pay options, tuition forgiveness, daycare stipend, and a strong benefits package including 401k and PTO.

Requirements of the Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN):

• Active Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license
• Experience in a rehab setting required
• Successful completion of a post-offer, pre-employment criminal background check and physical/drug screen
