Garden Spring Nursing & Rehabilitation Center in Willow Grove, PA is hiring Licensed Practical Nurses to join our compassionate care team. We offer Full Time & Part Time schedules with shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months experience in long-term care or rehab, embraces resident-centered care, and maintains composure to handle emergencies while collaborating with the healthcare team.

Qualifications

• LPN license for PA is required upon hire.
• At least 6 months experience in long-term care or rehab setting.
• Strong compassion and dedication to resident-centered care.
• Ability to stay calm and perform during peak activity and emergencies.

Responsabilités

• Assess, plan, direct, evaluate, and modify each resident's care plan with the healthcare team.
• Manage emergency situations promptly and professionally.
• Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records.
• Complete medication administration and treatment needs for all assigned residents.
