Job summary

Lima Memorial Health System is seeking an LPN to support nursing operations within the physician office practice or health system setting. You will collect data, implement and evaluate nursing care under RN supervision, ensuring quality patient care and collaborative teamwork.

Qualifications include an Ohio LPN license, BLS, IV certification, ACLS within six months, and telemetry experience preferred. Prior office/health system experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Basic Cardiac Dysrhythmia class required within 6 months of hire.
• Intravenous certification required.
• ACLS required or obtained within six months of hire.
• One to three years’ experience in physician office or health system preferred.
• Telemetry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• The LPN functions as a partner to the Registered Nurse with the goal of providing quality patient care.
• Collect data, implement and evaluate nursing care.
• Demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes and collaborate with physicians, patients, and associates.
