Job summary

Lima Memorial Health System is seeking an LPN to support physician office practice within the health system. The LPN collaborates with the Registered Nurse to collect data, implement and evaluate nursing care, and ensure quality patient care in a dynamic clinical setting.

Must have an Ohio LPN license, BLS, IV certification, and ACLS within six months. Telemetry experience and strong customer service skills are preferred as part of a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current BLS required.
• Must be Intravenous certified.
