Job summary

Randall Residence of Decatur is seeking a Nurse Supervisor to oversee Resident Services/Nursing, administer medications with accuracy, and ensure safety and compassionate care for residents and families.

You will supervise non-licensed staff, participate in evaluations, maintain logs, and ensure HIPAA compliance, emergency readiness, and respectful, dignified care consistent with the facility's standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 1–2 years related experience and/or training.
• Valid state nursing license (RN or LPN) required.

Responsibilities

• Supervises non-licensed nursing staff and participates in evaluations of staff.
• Administers prescribed medications with accuracy.
• Assists in admissions of new residents and supports activities of daily living.
• Maintains ECC and LNS logs, service plans, progress notes and monthly summaries.
• Ensures HIPAA compliance and a safe, dignified environment for residents and families.
• Responds promptly and courteously to resident and family requests; supports incident investigations.
