Bartlesville Health and Rehab is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse to join our compassionate nursing team in a skilled nursing and long-term care setting. You will perform medication administration, treatments, and resident assessments under physician orders and facility policies.

• Current Oklahoma LPN license in good standing.
• Ability to supervise CNAs and CMAs.
• Proficient in medication administration and documentation.
• English literacy for orders and documentation.
• CPR certification if required.
• Pass background checks and employment eligibility.
