Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience as an LPN with a valid NJ license.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Ability to adapt to changing priorities and environments.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate the work of LPNs and other nursing staff.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, such as CMS guidelines and state nurse practice act.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
• Coordinate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care transitions.
• Monitor and report any changes in patient condition or status to the RN Supervisor.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, identifying and implementing best practices.
