Job summary

Givens Aldersgate in Charlotte, NC, is seeking a PRN LPN Supervisor to oversee assisted living and memory care during a shift under the direction of a Registered Nurse.

You will participate in resident assessment, care implementation and documentation as ordered by the physician, and direct CNAs and CNA Med Techs to ensure quality care. The role requires NC LPN license and 2+ years of supervisory experience.

Qualifications

• NC LPN License.
• 3-5 years of experience as an LPN.
• 2 years of supervisory experience.
• Clinical experience in an assisted living environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the day-to-day operation and administration of Assisted Living and Memory Care units.
• Assist and support the clinical care coordinator and AL care coordinator.
• Oversee and direct the care activities of CNAs and CNAMed Techs.
