Job summary

Qualifications

• Illinois LPN license in good standing

Responsibilities

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor residents and report changes to RN or physician.
• Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs).
• Ensure residents receive appropriate nutrition and hydration.
• Accurately document care and participate in care planning.
• Direct and supervise CNAs to ensure quality care.
