Qualifications

- Graduate of accredited practical nursing program.
- Prefer experience in long-term care.
- Strong clinical, communication, and leadership abilities.
- Ability to respond quickly in emergencies.
Responsibilities
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and per policy.
- Monitor residents' health and report changes to RN/doctor.
- Assist residents with ADLs and ensure nutrition/hydration.
- Document care in medical records and participate in care plans.
- Lead CNAs and provide training and onboarding.
- Maintain infection control and HIPAA compliance.
