Ciena Healthcare is seeking an LPN Supervisor to oversee resident care during assigned shifts in accordance with regulations and facility policy. You will supervise CNAs and other staff, ensuring continuity of care and acting as a resource for residents, families, and staff.

Qualificações

• 1–2 years of nursing experience in long-term or sub-acute care preferred.
• Current state LPN license to practice.
• Current CPR certification or CPR certification within 90 days of employment.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises CNAs/STNAs and other staff providing direct care
• Plans, assigns, and directs work in alignment with resident needs and staff capabilities
• Prepares work assignments, adjusting for staffing levels and resident safety
• Receives staffing-related calls and arranges replacements as needed
• Transfers employees among units per staffing demands
• Completes performance evaluations for CNAs/STNAs
• Adjusts break schedules and resolves staff concerns
• Use independent judgment in accordance with company policies and applicable laws
