Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the nursing staff, upholding quality standards, policies, and procedures
• Coordinate patient care by scheduling and assigning nursing staff

• Monitor patient care quality and assist with patient care as needed
• Respond to complex, urgent, or emergent situations
