Accela Post Acute Care at Hamilton in Hamilton Township, NJ, is hiring an LPN Supervisor for the 11 PM to 7 AM shift. The role focuses on supervising nursing staff, responding to resident needs, and ensuring rounds and documentation are completed in accordance with facility protocols.

Qualifications

• Active LPN license in New Jersey.
• Prior supervisory or charge nurse experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong attention to detail and resident care.

Responsibilities

• Supervise and support nursing staff on the 11–7 shift.
• Respond to resident needs and clinical situations promptly.
• Complete required overnight assignments and documentation tasks.
• Conduct rounds and ensure facility protocols are followed.
• Communicate any concerns to the Director of Nursing or appropriate department heads.
