CareOne at Northampton is seeking a Weekend Nurse Supervisor in Northampton, MA. You will oversee the nursing process for residents and coordinate care with the medical team, ensuring plans of care are followed.

Qualified candidates hold a current Massachusetts nursing license and have graduated from a credentialed nursing program. This weekend role offers competitive hourly pay and benefits with opportunities to grow within the facility.

Qualifications

• Graduate from credentialed school of nursing.
• Currently licensed as a nurse in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Day-to-day coordination and oversight of the nursing process for residents assigned to the nurse's care.
• Direct and indirect provision of care according to each resident's nursing and medical plan of care and in accordance with state and federal regulations and accepted nursing standards of practice.
• Supervises administratively in the building assigned, Certified Nursing Assistants and licensed nurses of all staff of his/her respective discipline.
• Supervision follows all accepted state and federal guidelines for the respective discipline.

$45.00-$48.00/hour

Compensation will be based on, but not limited to, experience, qualifications, credentials, employment status, scheduled shift, and, if applicable, differentials related to a specific shift(s)/and or day(s)
