Job summary

Edgewood Manor Health care center in Raytown, MO is seeking a licensed practical nurse (LPN) to provide compassionate, patient-centered care to our residents. The role emphasizes empathy, patience, and adherence to care protocols within a supportive team.

You will conduct assessments, participate in admissions and discharges, provide wound care, lead CNAs/CMTs, and respond to emergencies according to facility policies.

• Manage discharges: complete documentation, notify physician and guardian, and arrange transportation
• Provide wound care: follow protocols, irrigate, pack, and remove dressings
• Lead CNAs and CMTs, ensuring compliance with facility protocols and policies
• Respond effectively to emergency situations
