Job summary

The role administers meds, completes assessments, and develops care plans in collaboration with physicians, with shifts including part-time, full-time 3p-11p, and per-diem.

Candidates must have graduation from an accredited school of nursing, MA RN or LPN license, CPR certification, and ideally one year of skilled nursing facility experience; bilingual

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Administer meds, complete assessments, and ensure all care is delivered to residents.
• Assess residents and coordinate with physicians on plan of care.
• Develop, write, execute, and monitor care plans for resident safety and wellbeing.
• Maintain resident safety and follow regulatory guidelines.
