Job summary

Pinnacle Treatment Centers, Inc. in Ohio is seeking an LPN to provide basic medical services in an outpatient addiction recovery setting. You will maintain nursing standards, ensure safe medication delivery, and document patient records in compliance with state and federal regulations.

Responsibilities include educating patients on medications, administering treatments, performing urine drug screens, and supporting the care team through accurate charting and coordination of care.

Qualifications

• Must have SUD/MAT experience.
• Graduation from an accredited nursing school.
• Knowledge of infection control and patient care compliance.
• CPR and BLS certification.
• Experience triaging in emergencies.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients regarding medications used in treatment and their side effects.
• Administer/dispense medications (e.g., Methadone, Suboxone) per regulations.
• Conduct urine drug screens as needed.
• Evaluate patient response to treatment and dosing.
• Maintain nursing documentation and patient records per regulations.
• Participate in team meetings and trainings.
