Job summary

CommQuest Services in Canton, Ohio is seeking a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for its Medication Assisted Treatment program. You will provide assessments, administer medications, and support patient care under supervision.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus.
• Active LPN license in Ohio with no current restrictions.
• Knowledge of mental health and addictions is required.
• Experience with Methasoft and Methadone pump systems is required.
• Professional and team-oriented approach for client care.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and implement treatment plans, including detox admission.
• Educate patients on conditions, medications, and treatment plans.
• Document nursing care via EHR under supervision of Director and Medical Doctor.
• Collaborate with physicians, NPs, and clinical staff to provide best client care.
• All other duties as assigned.

CommQuest seeks a full-time LPN Staff Nurse for our Medication Assisted Treatment program located in Canton, Ohio. You will provide assessments, medications, and other medical treatment directed by your supervisor for clients suffering from addiction.

What You'll Do

Schedule

Full-Time, Monday - Friday 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM with rotational Saturdays. No Sundays or holidays.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required. Associate's degree in Nursing is a plus!
• Minimum LPN currently licensed in the State of Ohio, with no current license restrictions
• Previous knowledge of mental health and/or addictions is required.
• Previous experience with systems such as Methasoft and Methadone pump required.
• Must be professional and team player working together for the benefit of our clients
