Qualifications

• Current, unrestricted LPN license in Oregon.
• Current CPR/BLS certification.
• Eligibility to perform CLIA-waived testing.
• Knowledge of substance use, trauma-informed and culturally responsive care.
• Preferred: experience in Sobering or detoxification centers or behavioral health settings.
• Valid identification.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct clinical care in the Sobering and Deflection Center.
