Serenity Lane is seeking a compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our multidisciplinary team in Coburg, Oregon. You will support residents through recovery and withdrawal management under supervision, providing safe, evidence-based care in line with Oregon Nurse Practice Act.

Responsibilities include administering medications, performing vital signs, assisting with daily living activities, collaborating with RNs and behavioral health staff, onboarding new residents, and maintaining

Competenze

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• CPR Certification, required.
• Valid Driver’s License, required.
• CE in Addiction Treatment, Substance Abuse, or Trauma-Informed Care encouraged.
• Proficiency in bloodborne pathogen safety and emergency response protocols.
• Strong communication, documentation, and teamwork skills.

Mansioni

• Implement care orders from authorized healthcare providers.
• Administer medications accurately (Five Rights).
• Perform vital signs assessments and weight monitoring.
• Provide assistance with daily living activities and hygiene.
• Collaborate with RNs, LMPs, and behavioral health staff.
• Onboard new residents and confirm intake medication orders.
• Maintain exam spaces clean and stocked with equipment.
• Support patients during detox and withdrawal with medical oversight.
• Monitor withdrawal symptoms and vital signs.
• Document interventions and collect lab specimens.
