Job summary

Rockville Center is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Skilled Nursing facility team in New York. The ideal candidate has an active NY LPN license, can work independently with supervision, and is willing to perform therapeutic activities for residents.

Shifts are 7AM-3PM with every other weekend required. Salary is up to $40 per hour with competitive benefits and opportunities in geriatric care.

Qualifications

• Current LPN license is required.
• Alternate weekends are required.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for residents in the Skilled Nursing and Long Term Care units.
• Administer medications, including IVs, and record vitals.
• Monitor and document patient outcomes and responses to treatments.
• Educate residents and families about care plans and therapies.
• Communicate with physicians, NPs, and care teams to coordinate care.
• Supervise CNAs to ensure quality patient care.
