Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Active LPN license and CPR certification are required.
• Current PPD or Chest X-ray may be required where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Utilize the nursing process to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document responses to interventions.
• Identify and communicate changes in patient condition to the supervisor or physician.
• Collaborate with healthcare providers and coordinate care effectively.
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Promote a safe care environment with infection control and universal precautions.

What You'll Do
