Job summary

Maxim Healthcare is seeking an LPN to provide direct patient care in home settings in Ohio. Join a team delivering 1:1 nursing care with stable hours, flexible scheduling, and opportunities for full-time, part-time, or PRN work.

You will monitor patient conditions, administer medications, document care, and collaborate with a local clinical and office support team. Active LPN license and current BLS are required; cardiovascular or pediatric experience a plus.
