Maxim Healthcare in Lombard, IL is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to apply the nursing process and deliver patient care under supervision of a Clinical Supervisor. Open days: Tue/Thu/Sun 7am-7pm; Open nights: Tue/Wed/Fri/Sat 7pm-7am; Salary: $30–$37 per hour.

Qualifications include a current Nursing License, BLS, Health Certificate and a health screening, with one-year RN/LPN experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Current Nursing License in the state where practicing.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year RN/LPN experience preferred.

Maxim Healthcare is looking for a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) or Registered Nurse (RN) to assume responsibility and accountability for the application of the nursing process and the delivery of patient care, under the supervision of a Clinical Supervisor.The Nurse will consistently perform according to nursing standards and is accountable in managing patient care and assisting others in the management of patient care.

Open Days:

Tuesday/Thursday/Sundays 7am-7pm

Open Nights:

Tuesday/Wednesday/Friday/Saturday 7pm-7am

Salary: $30- $37/ per hour

Responsibilities:

• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, implement and evaluate patient care.
• Performs focused interview to identify specific patient needs.
• Assess signs and symptoms indicating physiologic and psychosocial changes in the patient’s condition.
• Collects, analyzes, and interprets data and information from health care members and documents actual and/or potential nursing diagnoses
• Other Registered Nurse (RN) or Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Current Nursing License in the state in which the practices.
• Current Health Certificate (per facility).
• Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
• Current BLS card.
• One year prior Registered Nurse (RN) OR Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) experience preferred.
