Job summary

Maple Grove Wellness & Rehabilitation in Missouri is seeking Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) to provide high-quality care to residents. This full-time role requires an active Missouri LPN license and a current CPR/BLS certification; SNF experience is preferred but not required.

The successful candidate will possess strong interpersonal and clinical skills and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team. We offer daily pay, competitive pay with potential raises/bonuses, health/dental/vision

Qualifications

Graduate of an approved LPN program.
Active LPN license in Missouri (required).
Current CPR/BLS certification (required).
2+ years of SNF experience preferred, but not required.
Strong interpersonal and clinical skills.

Responsibilities

Deliver quality nursing care in a safe, clean environment.
Assess and monitor residents’ health, administer medications and treatments.
Collaborate with residents, families, and interdisciplinary team members.
Accurately document care, medication administration, and changes in condition.
Supervise and support assigned staff, ensuring compliance with safety protocols.
Follow procedures related to nursing equipment and supplies.
Perform additional duties as assigned by nursing leadership.
