Job summary

City Scape Rehabilitation and Care Center in Colorado is seeking compassionate LPNs to provide skilled nursing care and support residents in a 60-bed facility. The facility emphasizes compassionate, respectful care and opportunities for professional growth.

We offer 12-hour shifts with pay rates of $36.00 - $46.00 per hour, depending on experience, and schedules including full-time night and PRN day/night shifts. Join a team committed to quality care and resident well-being.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado LPN license.
• Prior experience in a nursing community.
• The ability to read, write, speak, and understand the English language.
• The desire to care for residents and act with integrity.
• The ability to work flexible hours.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff performance and ensure high nursing care standards.
• Communicate with Nurse Manager/Director regarding observations and concerns.
• Document changes in patient conditions (nutrition, infections, weight, etc.).
• Provide direct resident care as needed in accordance with nursing standards.
