Job summary
Winding Trails Post Acute is hiring LPNs to join our compassionate care team in Colorado. We offer 12-hour shifts (6am-6pm or 6pm-6am) PRN, with a focus on high-quality nursing in a skilled nursing unit.
Provide LVN/LPN nursing services, may supervise nurse assistants, perform medication passes and treatments; background checks required; CPR certification and an active Colorado LPN license are required. Competitive pay and benefits available; SNF/LTC experience a plus.
Qualifications
- Current Colorado LPN license
- CPR certification
- Ability to pass Colorado CAPS background check
- SNF/LTC experience a plus
Responsibilities
- Provide LVN/LPN nursing services in a skilled nursing unit or facility
- May supervise nurse assistants, administer medications and treatments
- Participate in patient care planning and care coordination
