Summit Ridge Skilled Nursing in Douglas, WY is seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our care team. You will provide direct nursing care, administer medications, and supervise CNAs and care staff under the guidance of the Director of Nursing.

The role requires an active LPN license in Wyoming, current CPR, and prior long-term care experience preferred. We offer a supportive team, ongoing training, and a stable work environment.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in long-term care preferred but not required.
• A Nursing degree from an accredited college or university.
• Current unrestricted license as a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) in practicing state.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsabilités

• Directs and supervises licensed practical/vocational nurses and CNAs.
• Provides direct nursing care and administers medications as prescribed.
• Collaborates with physicians and other disciplines to ensure holistic resident care.
• Participates in admission, transfer and discharge processes as required.
• Maintains accurate nursing records and reports changes in residents’ condition.
